Privacy Policy
1. Data Controller (Administrator)
The controller of your personal data is:
- Professnet Usługi Informatyczne sp. z o.o.
- NIP: 524-27-93-610 — registered in Poland (KRS / REGON / registered address available on request).
- Contact: [email protected]
We have not appointed a Data Protection Officer (DPO). For any matter relating to your personal data, contact us at the address above.
2. What data we process
- Contact data — when you email us (e.g. via [email protected]) or request a demo: your name, email address, company and the content of your message.
- Technical / server data — IP address, browser type, request timestamps and similar data automatically recorded in server and CDN logs.
- Marketing / analytics data — collected only with your consent via the TikTok Pixel (page views and button clicks), to measure interest in ZEUS. If you do not consent, this data is not collected and no marketing cookie is set. See our Cookie Policy.
The live product (studio.z3us.io) is a separate, access-controlled application; its processing is governed by the agreement with each customer (and, where we act as a processor, by a Data Processing Agreement).
3. Purposes and legal bases
| Purpose | Legal basis (GDPR Art. 6) |
|---|---|
| Responding to your enquiry / demo request and pre-contract steps | Art. 6(1)(b) and 6(1)(f) |
| Website security, abuse prevention, server logs | Art. 6(1)(f) — legitimate interest |
| Marketing analytics via the TikTok Pixel | Art. 6(1)(a) — your consent |
| Compliance with legal obligations (e.g. accounting) | Art. 6(1)(c) |
4. Cookies and analytics
We use a strictly necessary local-storage entry to remember your cookie choice, and — only after you accept — the TikTok Pixel marketing cookie. You can accept or reject at any time via the “Cookie settings” link in the footer, and withdraw consent with effect for the future. Full details are in our Cookie Policy.
5. Recipients and processors
- TikTok Technology Limited / TikTok Information Technologies UK Ltd (ByteDance group) — analytics provider, only if you consent to marketing cookies.
- Hosting / infrastructure — Microsoft Azure and Cloudflare, Inc. (CDN, edge delivery, server-side event forwarding).
- Public authorities, where we are legally required to disclose data.
6. International transfers
Some recipients (e.g. TikTok, Cloudflare) may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where this happens, transfers are safeguarded by the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another mechanism permitted under Chapter V GDPR.
7. Retention
- Correspondence / enquiries — for the duration of the conversation and up to the limitation period for related claims.
- Server / CDN logs — typically up to 12 months.
- Marketing-analytics data — until you withdraw consent or per the provider’s retention period, whichever is shorter.
8. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to: access your data; rectification; erasure; restriction of processing; data portability; and to object to processing based on legitimate interest. Where processing is based on consent, you may withdraw consent at any time without affecting the lawfulness of processing before withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority — in Poland, the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes Urzędu Ochrony Danych Osobowych), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warszawa.
9. Automated decision-making
We do not make decisions about you that are based solely on automated processing and produce legal or similarly significant effects.
10. Changes
We may update this policy; the “Last updated” date above reflects the current version. Material changes will be communicated on this page.
